ElevenLabs is seeking an HPC Infrastructure Engineer to own and operate the GPU clusters that power all model training. This is a builder-operator role on a small research infrastructure team, responsible for making compute fast, reliable, and seamless for researchers. You will work across bare metal and rented GPU capacity, with responsibilities spanning infrastructure automation, hardware benchmarking, provider evaluation, and on-site deployment. The role has real breadth: one week you're writing automation to eliminate manual work, the next you're benchmarking InfiniBand fabric or bringing new hardware online. Your impact is measured directly in training throughput and researcher velocity. ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company founded in January 2023, now serving millions of users and thousands of businesses including Deutsche Telekom and Meta. The company has raised $781M in funding with a valuation of $11B, backed by Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia. The company operates three main platforms: ElevenAgents (AI customer service), ElevenCreative (multimodal content generation), and ElevenAPI (AI audio models). The company culture emphasizes high-velocity execution, lean autonomous teams, minimal bureaucracy, and AI-first thinking. Impact matters more than titles. The team includes IOI medalists and ex-founders.
