EVERSANA is seeking a strategic sales leader to promote injectable and infused HIV therapeutics across an assigned territory. This is a specialized role within the EVERSANA/Theratechnologies sales team, combining deep product knowledge with territory management and customer relationship building.
You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets, identify and prioritize key healthcare providers and institutions, and drive market penetration for specialty injectable and infused HIV treatments. You'll serve as the primary sales driver with customers, working closely with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales, Managed Care) to develop promotional strategies aligned with business objectives. The role requires staying current with clinical data and scientific literature on HIV treatment, monitoring market trends, managing territory budgets, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Travel is a core requirement: you must be able to conduct field visits 5 days per week, travel overnight to sales meetings and client sites, and attend industry conferences and events. A valid driver's license is required to visit assigned healthcare accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field
- 3+ years of sales experience in HIV or at least one of the following specialties: infectious disease, Hepatology, Cardiovascular, or Diabetes
- Documented history of sales success
- Strong customer orientation and passion for science-based brands that improve patient lives
- Proven experience building, maintaining, and leveraging relationships
- Advanced knowledge of Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and Patient-Centered Medical Homes
- Advanced skills in resource collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams
- Ability to travel overnight and possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible schedules to accommodate events and conferences
- Strong organizational skills, goal-setting ability, and capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
- Preferred: strong knowledge of specialty injectables and infusion reimbursement
