Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states. We seek a Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our home healthcare services in the DC and Maryland market.
You will manage all aspects of regional operations, including patient visit scheduling, new patient intake, and staff supervision. You'll build and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, and key stakeholders while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
**Operational Management:** Oversee daily home healthcare operations, develop and implement operational policies and procedures, monitor budgets and financial performance, conduct regular quality assurance audits, and manage resource allocation.
**Staff Management:** Recruit, train, and supervise a team of healthcare professionals including nurses, home health aides, therapists, social workers, and support staff. Develop staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing training, and foster a collaborative work environment.
**Patient Care:** Ensure care plans align with best practices and patient needs, address patient and family concerns promptly, collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care, and monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction.
**Compliance & Quality:** Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, ensure accurate documentation, implement quality assurance programs, and stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes.
**Strategic Planning:** Support development and implementation of strategic growth plans, identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation, and collaborate with senior management on organizational goals.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
- Over 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in home healthcare or hospice services
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments
