Rula is seeking a Health System Partnership Manager to drive commercial growth and delivery for health system accounts nationwide. In this role, you will partner closely with Health Systems Account Executives to launch, penetrate, and scale high-impact partnerships. You'll be the growth engine responsible for building deep relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, establishing organizational credibility, leading demand generation and enablement initiatives across local clinics, and translating complex performance data into compelling business narratives.
Key responsibilities include owning expansion outcomes for assigned health system accounts, driving adoption results, and turning complex partnerships into consistent referral volume and patient access to care. You'll synthesize performance trends into clear, actionable insights for business review meetings (MBRs/QBRs) with key stakeholders. The role requires navigating complex health system dynamics, converting operational data into growth stories, and embedding Rula into clinical workflows.
Required qualifications include 5+ years in health system account management, healthcare strategy, commercial operations, provider growth, or related healthcare business development. You must demonstrate intermediate data literacy with Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker, and presentation tools. Proven experience presenting data narratives to healthcare leaders, managing complex partnerships, and owning numeric growth goals is essential. You'll travel 25% to assigned health system sites for partner meetings, clinic enablement sessions, and executive reviews.
Preferred qualifications include an MHA or related master's degree, direct in-hospital operational experience within large health systems, 1+ years in health tech or venture-backed healthcare services, and a track record managing health system account portfolios with land-and-expand strategies.
