Talos is seeking a senior Product leader to drive strategic expansion from crypto-assets into all tokenized assets, enabling the Talos platform to offer front-to-back support for tokenized equities, bonds, and emerging asset classes on-chain. You will own this strategic initiative end-to-end, working closely with the Head of Product Strategy and other product managers to develop go-to-market strategy, drive client and partner engagement, and set overall project delivery direction. This position is ultimately accountable for P&L in a new product line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead specification, high-level design, and delivery of a full tokenized securities venue platform and its integration into Talos, including market structure, liquidity provision, clearing & settlement, on-chain vs. off-chain integrations, identity and KYC/AML, and regulatory reporting
- Direct technical product management and Engineering (both dedicated project resources and cross-team dependencies) to ensure rapid, coordinated delivery
- Develop and own relationships with early design partners and ecosystem partners to iteratively shape product requirements and drive key build/buy/partner decisions
- Work with Revenue on go-to-market strategy, materials, and marketing; own product line P&L
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance to ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and identify opportunities from emerging regulatory directions worldwide
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of professional experience
- Experience leading complex capital markets technology projects at banks, brokerages, asset managers, fintechs, or FMIs (Financial Market Infrastructures)
- Demonstrated track record of product ownership working with internal and external stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of capital markets across the full trade lifecycle (trading, financing, risk management, trading controls, clearing, settlement, etc.) and ability to think critically about what changes and what stays the same with tokenized assets
- Experience developing crypto or tokenized asset trading, portfolio, clearing & settlement products with demonstrated knowledge of blockchain networks and DeFi
- Effective cross-functional and cross-product collaboration skills to drive project success in a fast-changing environment
