Lovable is a platform that enables anyone to build software using any language, serving millions of users from solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams. The company is building a generation-defining product at the intersection of AI and software development, with hundreds of millions of monthly visits to Lovable-built applications. You will serve as Head of Strategic Partnerships reporting directly to Dan O'Leary, the VP of Partnerships. This is a hands-on senior operator role focused on building Lovable's hyperscaler and systems integrator (GSI) partnership ecosystem from the ground up. The role starts as a senior individual contributor with team growth following demonstrated success and capacity. Key responsibilities include: - Deeply own priority hyperscaler (Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS) and GSI partnership motions, connecting each to named customers, product priorities, and measurable commercial value - Drive customer acquisition, partner engagement, product improvements, and commercial actions across these strategic relationships - Resolve cross-functional dependencies with Sales, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations - Transform initial proofs of concept into repeatable, scalable plays; discontinue efforts that don't justify company resources - Build operating foundations including a single source of truth for partnership owners, timelines, customer evidence, marketplace status, and next decisions - Expand the partnership strategy over time to include technology platforms, data/AI partners, solution partners, agencies, and embedded distribution channels - Recommend and build out specialist capabilities and team structure as the business scales This is a business-building opportunity with no pre-existing mature alliance organization or playbook. Success requires extreme ownership, high velocity, low-ego collaboration, and the ability to ship fast while maintaining strategic focus. The ideal candidate has deep experience scaling enterprise partnerships, navigating complex vendor ecosystems, and turning strategic relationships into measurable customer and revenue outcomes.
