Qualtrics is seeking a Head of Security Platforms to lead the company's security engineering function and protect its products and infrastructure from evolving security threats. This is a leadership role managing a team of skilled security engineers while collaborating across product units to address security challenges at scale.
You will be responsible for building and implementing comprehensive security solutions across product, multicloud, and infrastructure environments. Key responsibilities include establishing effective vulnerability management systems, defining and enforcing data protection protocols, overseeing access management across corporate and production environments, and fostering a security-conscious culture across the organization.
Success in this role requires proactive leadership, stellar communication skills, and broad expertise in platform security including product, cloud, and infrastructure security domains. You will work autonomously on complex security issues, influence security strategy at the company level, and interact regularly with industry leaders and top security forums.
