Preply is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations & Systems to design, scale, and future-proof the systems and automation powering the company's revenue engine. This hybrid role in London combines hands-on system architecture expertise with strategic team leadership.
You will own the design, optimization, and health of Preply's GTM system landscape, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Vitally, Intercom, and connected tools. You'll partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing Ops, Pre-Sales, Sales, CS, Finance, Product) to ensure seamless, scalable integrations and lead the evolution of system architecture by mapping processes, maintaining clean data structures, and reducing technical debt.
Key responsibilities include identifying automation opportunities across lead scoring, routing, deal management, and renewal workflows using Salesforce, Zapier, or Cargo. You'll implement AI-assisted and no-code automation to streamline pipeline operations, build standardized playbooks and process documentation, and partner with Enablement on tool rollouts and training.
You'll own data accuracy and governance across CRM and connected systems, build and maintain self-serve dashboards (Salesforce, Looker) to visualize funnel metrics, forecasting, churn, and pipeline velocity, and deliver strategic data insights to senior leadership. You'll manage the GTM tooling roadmap, budget, and vendor relationships, evaluating new technologies and AI integrations while ensuring ROI and strategic alignment.
Leadership is central: you'll lead and mentor a small team of system specialists or analysts, fostering curiosity, precision, and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CS stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and champion system thinking across GTM.
Required: 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Sales/Marketing Ops in fast-scaling B2B SaaS. Deep technical expertise in Salesforce (architecture, admin, automation), strong understanding of GTM processes and data flows, experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio), and proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Workato, n8n) and API integrations required. Team leadership and cross-functional initiative experience essential, with excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
