You will lead regulatory compliance efforts for Revolut Bank UAB's branches across the European Economic Area. This is a director-level role reporting to the Head of Regulatory Compliance for Europe, where you'll build and manage a team of regulatory compliance experts while ensuring the bank's expansion meets all legal and policy requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Build and lead a team of regulatory compliance experts - Engage with management bodies and regulators on compliance positions - Support the Europe-wide Head of Regulatory Compliance in delivering conduct rules, training, and regulatory reporting - Work with Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local compliance frameworks with global standards - Perform compliance reviews of expansion initiatives and new products - Advise the business on compliance requirements and related controls - Proactively identify regulatory issues and recommend remedies - Liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, BSA/AML Officer) and external partners (regulators, advisors) This role sits at the intersection of rapid fintech growth and regulatory rigor, requiring someone who can scale compliance operations while maintaining the highest standards in a fast-moving environment. Requirements: - 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience in a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator - Experience engaging with C-suite and board-level stakeholders on compliance topics - Expertise identifying compliance risks and vulnerabilities; ability to advise on best practices - Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis methodology - Familiarity with policy creation and implementation - Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines - Experience in fast-paced, execution-focused environments Nice to have: - Professional certificate/diploma in compliance or willingness to pursue certifications - Degree in business, finance, or law
