As Head of Product for North America, you will own the complete product strategy and roadmap for the US and Canadian markets. This is a leadership role managing two product squads with plans to scale headcount as revenue grows. Key responsibilities include: developing regional product strategy that accounts for the complexity of US and Canadian healthcare systems; leading the forward-deployed product motion for custom AI workflow solutions targeting midmarket and enterprise customers; translating bespoke customer requests into repeatable, scalable product offerings; partnering closely with the Head of Engineering, North America and the President to execute on market signals; advocating for North American priorities within the globally distributed product and engineering organization based in Australia; and serving as the product voice for the region in global leadership discussions.
You will report directly to the President of North America and collaborate closely with the global Head of Product and Head of Engineering. The role requires deep understanding of healthcare complexity, regulatory requirements, and clinical workflows. You'll need proven experience building and scaling product teams, standing up custom-solutions motions for enterprise customers, and communicating effectively across technical and commercial leadership. Healthcare or clinical technology background is strongly preferred; regulated-industry product experience is required. The ideal candidate combines velocity with the discipline enterprise healthcare demands, maintains roadmaps that survive shifting priorities, and genuinely enjoys solving market complexity rather than resenting it. This is an in-office role in San Francisco, emphasizing the value of in-person collaboration and partnership with the engineering leadership team.
