Redo is a high-growth e-commerce platform company that has scaled from $0 to $100M+ in revenue in three years—the fastest growth of any company in Utah history. The company recently raised $81M and serves over 4,500 brands with an integrated suite covering returns, shipping, checkout, email, SMS, AI support, and payments.
As Head of Product Marketing, you will own Redo's market positioning, messaging strategy, and go-to-market execution across a multi-product platform. You'll be responsible for shifting merchant perception from viewing Redo as a collection of point solutions to recognizing it as the default e-commerce growth platform.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own the platform narrative: Define and communicate the core story that positions Redo as an integrated growth platform, ensuring all product positioning ladders up to this central message.
• Set messaging across all touchpoints: Translate the platform story into copy and messaging for the website, paid advertising, social media, email, SMS, events, and sales materials. Partner with web, social, paid, and content teams to maintain consistency.
• Build scalable messaging infrastructure: Create messaging guides, copy standards, and review processes that enable new products and campaigns to launch on-message without bottlenecking through you.
• Establish market credibility: Develop and execute content and thought leadership strategy, including original research from merchant data, benchmarks, executive perspectives, and customer stories that position Redo as the trusted voice for e-commerce operators.
• Execute high-impact launches: Build a repeatable launch system covering tiering, messaging, web, sales enablement, customer communications, paid, and social. Lead launches personally and measure success by adoption and pipeline impact, not just asset creation.
• Win competitive battles: Own competitive intelligence across returns, shipping, and e-commerce marketing. Build battlecards that sales teams actually use, participate in key deals, and articulate why Redo wins and loses.
• Drive multi-product adoption: Build enablement programs that accelerate sales ramp and increase win rates and multi-product attach rates. Work closely with lifecycle marketing and post-sales teams.
• Voice of the merchant: Conduct win/loss analysis and customer interviews. Bring insights to general managers and product teams, influencing packaging, pricing, and roadmap decisions.
• Build and scale the team: Hire and develop product marketers as the business grows. Start hands-on, writing and launching yourself, then transition to a player-coach model.
The role is based in Draper, Utah, and requires in-office presence 5 days per week. Redo offers comprehensive benefits including medical coverage starting at $20/month, dental, vision, $50K company-paid life insurance, up to $2,400/year HSA contributions, up to 12 weeks paid parental leave, $100/month childcare reimbursement, flexible PTO, on-site gym with 24/7 access, and free meals most weekdays.
Qualifications:
• 7–10 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
• Demonstrated success positioning multi-product platforms and running launches across multiple products simultaneously
• Track record working close to revenue with direct visibility into win rates, attach rates, or pipeline impact
• Strong writing skills and ability to ship quickly
• Ability to make multi-product platforms intuitive and compelling to e-commerce merchants
• Player-coach mindset: comfortable writing, building, and launching independently while hiring and developing a team
• Proficiency with modern AI tools for research, writing, and execution
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience building or scaling product marketing at a high-growth startup, ideally through a stage similar to Redo's ($10M–$100M+ revenue)
• Background in e-commerce, Shopify ecosystem, or merchant-facing SaaS
• Track record transitioning a company from point solution to integrated platform
• Experience launching AI products with credible positioning
• Prior hiring and management of product marketers
• Leadership experience in adjacent functions such as content, web, or brand
• Pricing and packaging ownership experience
