Uare.ai is building the platform for Human-First AI, where each person owns a personalized AI model trained on their own data, voice, and life story rather than generic training data. Founded by Rob LoCascio (founder of LivePerson), the company raised $10.3M from Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures and launched publicly in July 2026. As Head of Product, you will own the complete product experience across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. You'll set the product direction and roadmap, translating the company's core research—the Human Life Model (seven dimensions that make an Individual AI recognizably someone)—into a polished, everyday product that users return to regularly. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the product vision and roadmap across all platforms - Translating the Human Life Model from research concept into a shipped, usable experience - Converting user feedback from Individuals and Professionals into engineering requirements and specifications - Partnering closely with AI Engineering on features like Voice Capture, Thoughts Feed, Skills, Memberships, and Credits - Managing the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, maintaining quality standards - Defining and using key metrics to drive decisions rather than just reporting - Building and leading the product function as the team scales You'll work directly with the CEO in a builder's role, making the calls on what ships and what gets cut. This is an early-stage environment where scope is yours to define and the roadmap evolves based on learning. Required qualifications: 5+ years in senior product roles with a track record of shipping products to broad audiences; deep applied AI knowledge (understanding current model capabilities and limitations, distinguishing research demos from shippable features); technical fluency to discuss architecture and tradeoffs with engineering; strong product perspective balanced with openness to evidence; comfort in early-stage uncertainty; and genuine care about the ethics of AI—recognizing that users are entrusting the platform with their voice and life story.
