Commure is building an AI Operating System for healthcare that spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation, intelligent Agents automating workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs. The company serves 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations, handles $25B+ in annual claims, and recently raised $70M at a $7B valuation. You will own the creative engine behind Commure's paid growth as a hands-on Head of Performance Creative. This is a performance-focused role, not brand or agency management. You will listen to customer and sales calls to extract pain points and language, turn insights into distinct ad concepts, and produce ads yourself using AI tools and a small creator bench. You'll report to the VP of Growth Operations and work directly with Sales, RevOps, and Product. Your metric is qualified pipeline per dollar of creative spend. Key responsibilities: - Mine customer insight from call recordings, support tickets, and onboarding notes; maintain a library of pain points, objections, and proof points by buyer persona (practice owner, clinic director, front desk, biller); collect verbatim quotes cleared for use. - Own creative strategy: develop a steady stream of structurally distinct concepts with new angles, buyers, or formats; assign hypotheses and kill metrics to each; run modular testing to find concept ceilings; decide weekly what enters testing and what scales. - Produce ads yourself: create statics and short video using AI generation, editing, and voice tools; write hooks and scripts; cut footage or brief editors; ship finished ads, not briefs. Target: six or more new concepts into testing weekly in first 90 days. - Build and manage a creator bench: recruit clinicians, practice owners, and UGC creators for testimonial and founder-style content; own consent, releases, and claims compliance. - Launch and QA ads in Meta Ads Manager: set naming conventions, primary text, headlines, placements, UTMs; verify every placement renders correctly before launch. - Read data independently: work in ad accounts and dashboards without an analyst; analyze hook rate, hold rate, cost per qualified lead by concept and audience; separate creative effects from audience effects; kill underperformers quickly. - Build AI as a system: develop prompt libraries, generation pipelines, and agents that score tests and surface quotes; improve existing workflows and build new ones; catch AI errors before shipping. - Extend beyond Meta: ensure ad copy, landing pages, forms, and first SDR touch tell the same story; repurpose winning concepts to LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google. Requirements: - 5+ years in performance creative or creative strategy for paid social, with a portfolio of ads you made and concepts that scaled to meaningful spend. - Hands-on creative and ad-account experience across major paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok); deep knowledge of account structure, launch mechanics, testing cadence, creative formats, optimization signals, and winning concepts on each platform. - You've made content yourself: scripts, statics, short video that drove direct-response results. Briefing others is not sufficient. - Working SQL: pull lead-level and creative-level data, join ad results to CRM outcomes, read ad accounts without an analyst. Comfortable with delayed results and small samples. - Daily, systematic use of AI across research, writing, image, and video; can demonstrate workflows and explain what you tried and dropped. - Customer-insight habit: prefer listening to calls over reading personas. - Experience running high-volume creative pipelines: footage libraries, creator briefs, editing queues, launch checklists; nothing slips through cracks. - Direct experience working with customers or creators to make content; can direct someone on camera. - Bias toward shipping: when something doesn't exist, you make it. Nice to have: - Built and run a creator or UGC pool (recruiting, briefing, rates, releases). - B2B SaaS, healthcare, or small business/clinic sales experience. - Python or notebook habit for analysis beyond SQL.
