Maintain direct relationships with external auditors and remediate control gaps.
**Reconciliation, Ledger Integrity & Controls**: Own continuous multi-party reconciliation across Raisin internal ledgers, custodial banks, service banks, deposit-taking partners, and third-party fintech partners. Build exception reporting and workflow processes to identify and resolve discrepancies quickly. Partner with Engineering and Data teams on data pipeline accuracy and resilience. Engage with partner banks to resolve breaks and ensure regulatory compliance. **Multi-Rail Strategy & Product Expansion**: Own strategy, design, and operationalization of end-to-end money movement flows for new payment rails including RTP/FedNow, Wires, Direct Deposit, Bill Pay, and Debit Cards.
You bring hands-on experience across multiple payment rails and deep understanding of the Banking-as-a-Service landscape, including sponsor bank dynamics, issuer processors, and modern payment orchestration. The role is based in Sandy, Utah with a hybrid model requiring two days per week in office.
