Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion. The company's Lattice OS platform powers a family of systems that deliver real-time 3D command and control capabilities. The Head of Operations, Global Defense is a deeply cross-functional executive role responsible for establishing and scaling Anduril's international business operations. This position oversees the operational infrastructure supporting Anduril's growing international portfolio across all major theaters, serving as the operational backbone for the Global Defense team. Key responsibilities include: - Oversee international program management across the portfolio, ensuring excellence in people, product delivery, customer management, and enabling functions. Provide mentorship to country and regional operations leads deployed globally. - Build and execute Anduril's vision for international localization and industrial cooperation, orchestrating across country/regional teams, business lines, and critical functions including Corporate Development, Production, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, and Finance. - Drive execution of international expansion and infrastructure at global scale, including corporate operations, sovereign infrastructure builds for international partners, and strategic real estate planning for the global footprint. - Set vision and mature information management and communications pathways across Global Defense and company-wide interfaces, defining standards, platforms, and continuous improvement mechanisms. - Own the Global Defense budget and corporate planning functions for the international portfolio, balancing strategic long-term alignment with detailed execution planning across the expanding global footprint. - Partner with Global Defense leadership and the People Team to drive HR initiatives, workforce development, talent acquisition, people operations, and global mobility programs. Required qualifications: 15+ years in roles spanning top-tier tech firms, management consulting, and internal business operations (ideally at early-stage startups); ability to obtain and hold U.S. government clearance; demonstrated experience on large-scale international programs delivering technology with U.S. Allies and partners; strong technical and programmatic aptitude; high ownership and ability to manage multiple large projects in parallel; emotional intelligence and data-driven problem-solving; willingness to travel internationally 25-50%; ability to work onsite at Costa Mesa HQ.
