Phinity is an AI research lab focused on solving chip design through autonomous AI agents. The company enables AI agents to tape-out chips autonomously, from architecture to post-silicon verification. The team combines deep AI and silicon expertise, including leaders from top chip companies, NVIDIA post-training chip-design model researchers, AI for formal verification specialists, and veterans with over 10 years of chip-building experience at NVIDIA, Intel, and MediaTek.
As Head of Operations, you will work closely with the founders to drive business strategy, operations, and growth across the company. Your responsibilities include developing and executing business strategy alongside founders, identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, leading and coordinating day-to-day operations across teams to ensure priorities align and projects advance, defining the talent roadmap and organizational planning, managing commercial relationships and negotiations with customers, partners, and vendors, and building and improving internal processes to support company scaling.
This is a high-impact role with direct influence over the company's strategic direction and operational foundation. You will collaborate with leading AI researchers and hardware experts working at the frontier of autonomous chip design.
Qualifications:
- Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- High ownership, intellectual honesty, low ego, and comfort moving quickly
- Experience in startups, business operations, consulting, or business development is a plus
- Interest in AI, semiconductors, or deep technology is a plus
