Revolut is seeking a Head of Institutional to build and lead a new institutional business line within its Wealth & Trading division. This is a greenfield opportunity to establish a multi-asset, multi-jurisdiction platform that combines Revolut's consumer fintech scale with institutional-grade infrastructure.
You will have full P&L responsibility for this business line and will drive strategy across multiple dimensions: product roadmap for execution-to-custody offerings, go-to-market strategy targeting broker-dealers, private banks, wealth managers, local banks, family offices, and fintechs, and commercial team building and leadership. In the early stages, you will personally close institutional clients while scaling the team across geographies.
Key responsibilities include defining the product strategy for a multi-jurisdictional platform, designing the go-to-market approach, building and leading the commercial team, partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver an API-first platform, and establishing the operating model for geographic expansion.
You should bring 15+ years of capital markets, institutional platforms, or B2B financial infrastructure experience. Required qualifications include proven success with multi-asset platform sales and electronic trading platforms, a track record of building or scaling a business line with P&L ownership, deep knowledge of global markets infrastructure, strong commercial instincts with an institutional client network, and experience operating across multiple jurisdictions in regulated environments. You must be comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels—from long-term vision to closing early clients personally—with an entrepreneurial mindset suited to high-performance environments.
Nice-to-have experience includes founder or early executive roles at B2B financial infrastructure companies, prior leadership of outsourced trading or institutional platform teams at major investment banks or custodians, and networks across European, US, MENA, LATAM, or APAC institutional segments.
