OpenAI's GTM Partnerships team is seeking a Head of Growth for Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to lead and scale strategic partnerships with major consulting firms including Cognizant, Infosys, and Wipro. This role is critical to OpenAI's enterprise adoption strategy, enabling customers to implement and scale AI products through trusted advisory and delivery channels.
As the single accountable owner for this GSI partnership portfolio, you will set direction, establish operating cadence, and align internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will own partnership health, adoption metrics, revenue impact, and long-term growth across these relationships.
Key responsibilities include: defining partnership strategy and joint business plans with clear goals and success metrics; establishing a durable operating model with governance, executive alignment, and business review cadence; building joint go-to-market plans with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing teams; identifying repeatable enterprise use cases and implementation patterns; collaborating with Security, Legal, and Commercial teams on trust and compliance frameworks; enabling GSI partners to build OpenAI expertise across advisory, implementation, and managed services; tracking performance against metrics and driving continuous improvement; and representing OpenAI with senior partner executives to resolve issues and expand partnership scope.
You should have significant experience leading strategic GSI, alliances, or channel partnerships in enterprise software, cloud, consulting, or AI. Deep familiarity with how Global Systems Integrators operate across global enterprise customers, transformation programs, and delivery organizations is essential. A proven track record scaling partnerships from early-stage strategy through field activation and measurable business impact is required. Strong technical and product fluency, combined with exceptional cross-functional leadership, will enable you to drive alignment across Sales, Solutions, Product, Engineering, Legal, and partner organizations. You must be comfortable navigating enterprise requirements around security, privacy, governance, and compliance in partner-led initiatives, with strong executive presence and negotiation capability. The role requires regular international travel, particularly to India.
