FYUL Enterprise (formed in 2024 from the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce) operates a global on-demand production network serving Fortune 50 companies, major distributors, and corporate merchandise platforms. The Head of Enterprise Operations leads the strategic agenda for catalog expansion, quality initiatives, and AI-driven productivity across the Enterprise division. Key responsibilities include: (1) Setting Enterprise strategy for catalog expansion and quality across first-party and third-party production partners; defining and optimizing fulfillment SLAs and operational KPIs for high-value accounts; acting as the central point of contact for cross-functional execution with Merchandising, Operations, R&D, and Product/Tech teams; coordinating catalog onboarding, just-in-time production, international fulfillment, and translating operational needs into product roadmap priorities. (2) Owning the formulation and execution of the department's AI strategy, identifying high-priority AI opportunities, and leading implementation of new AI solutions to unlock productivity and revenue growth. (3) Managing white glove US customer service for Enterprise customers (solid line report) and QC/sampling operations (dotted line report in Dallas); standardizing workflows and SOPs across geographically dispersed teams. The role requires 8+ years in operations leadership, ideally with experience in on-demand or custom production (embroidery, DTG, DTF). Ideal candidates have a track record of building operational solutions around customer needs, proven cross-functional leadership through influence rather than authority, strong Enterprise/B2B customer orientation, product and platform fluency, data and KPI rigor, AI-forward thinking, and comfort operating in ambiguity while building new teams and processes.
