Time To Hire is building an integrated logistics risk management platform with the mission to transform logistical uncertainty into technological confidence across Latin America. This is a foundational engineering role at an early-stage startup.
You will be a hands-on technical leader who codes daily while building the engineering function from the ground up. The role combines immediate individual contributor work with progressive team leadership as the company scales.
Key responsibilities:
- Write and design production code as a core part of your daily work, not an exception
- Make technical and architectural decisions prioritizing product learning velocity and validation
- Work directly with the CEO and senior management team on product definition and prioritization
- Over time, structure the technology organization: hiring, process definition, and team growth
- Become the technical and product reference point for investors and the board
You bring:
- 5+ years building production software with demonstrable code contributions
- Strong product sense: you care equally about the "who" and "why" as the "how"
- Early-stage startup experience, comfortable with ambiguity and resource constraints
- Genuine desire to code as an individual contributor now, with ambition to build and lead a team later
- Technical versatility across backend, infrastructure, and ideally data or ML
