The Private Investor business unit is a new, high-growth division launching Signals, a platform providing visibility into private company performance. Signals helps early-stage investors identify breakout companies, conduct diligence on scaled companies, and analyze entire market categories using proprietary spend datasets covering 250k+ AI and Software vendors. The unit operates with startup velocity inside an enterprise organization.
As Head of Data for Private Investor, you will own data methodology, quality, and accuracy for this nascent but rapidly scaling product. You'll define the data strategy that makes private-company insights the most trusted in the market, giving investors confidence in how AI and Software companies are truly performing.
Initially, you'll work hands-on with a small team, digging into and redefining business logic that stitches together first and third-party datasets, building on benchmarking data to improve accuracy, and leading from the front. As the function scales, you'll hire, mentor, and manage a high-caliber team of data analysts. The role requires someone senior enough to set strategy and build an organization, but who remains energized by deep analytical work and leading by example.
