Scalable Capital, a leading digital investment and banking platform with over one million clients and €30 billion in assets under management, is seeking a Head of Data to lead its Data Tribe and drive data-driven business value across the organization.
In this Director-level role, you will:
• Lead and mentor the Data Tribe, including coaching Team Leads and fostering a data-driven culture across engineering and beyond
• Identify and develop opportunities throughout the company to create measurable data-driven business value
• Establish and oversee data management and data governance guidelines, ensuring compliance with engineering standards
• Serve as the Data Protection Coordinator for the Engineering Department
• Manage data infrastructure and analytics operations, ensuring data governance, integrity, and supporting ICT operations
• Consult with stakeholders on implementing data-driven ways of working

REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Science, Mathematics, or similar field
• Excellent knowledge of data science and machine learning models
• Excellent knowledge of data-driven business applications
• Several years of data project management experience
• Several years of people management experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English communication skills
