Satispay is a fintech platform reimagining financial services to give people real control over their financial lives. Starting with payments, the company has expanded into benefits, investing, and cards—and is now launching a dedicated crypto and Web3 vertical.
As Head of Crypto, you will lead this new strategic pillar from the ground up. You'll have direct autonomy and frequent alignment with the founding team to execute an existing high-potential crypto strategy, adapt it based on market conditions, and expand it as opportunities emerge.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and scale a dedicated cross-functional team to launch and grow Satispay's crypto offerings
- Own execution of the crypto roadmap, from infrastructure and go-to-market strategy through product launch and optimization
- Partner directly with founders and C-level executives to ensure crypto initiatives align with the company's core mission
- Oversee end-to-end product development across the crypto vertical
- Navigate European regulatory requirements (MiCA, AML/KYC) in close collaboration with Compliance and Legal teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with exchanges, custodians, liquidity providers, and blockchain networks
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with high-performing teams using structured communication and transparency

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in crypto/Web3 initiatives at a regulated fintech, exchange, or crypto-native company
- Proven experience hiring, managing, and scaling specialized teams in fast-paced tech or financial environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate high-level strategy into shipped products and scaled operations
- Deep technical understanding of blockchain architecture, crypto market dynamics, digital wallets, custody solutions, and Web3 infrastructure
- Solid knowledge of European crypto regulatory landscape (MiCA, AML/KYC for digital assets) and experience launching products within strict compliance frameworks
- Ability to balance bold expansion with stringent risk management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills; ability to translate complex crypto concepts for executive audiences
- Complete fluency in English; Italian language is a plus
