As Head of Country Commercial Management for Admin Services, you will drive revenue growth and adoption of Tide's administrative product suite in the UK market. This is a strategic commercial leadership role reporting to senior leadership, responsible for translating member insights and commercial data into growth strategies. Key responsibilities include: **Revenue & Financial Accountability**: Partner with Finance to set, track, and refine revenue projections for Admin Services. Own financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure accountability against targets. **Analytics & Insights**: Work with the Business Insights team to analyze member behavior, segment audiences, and measure subscription cohort performance. Translate data into actionable recommendations for product prioritization, pricing, positioning, and communications. **Product Strategy & Development**: Leverage commercial insights to partner with Product teams on roadmap alignment, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Shape how new features and products are launched and communicated. **Launch Execution**: Lead new feature and product launches across all channels. Partner with Sales and Operations teams to design and execute experiments. Facilitate workshops to surface creative implementation ideas. **Stakeholder Management**: Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, CRM, Operations) and senior leadership. Present insights and recommendations to the C-Suite. **Competitive Intelligence**: Lead ongoing commercial research and competitive analysis to monitor market trends, benchmark competitors, and translate findings into differentiation strategies. **Member Obsession**: Become an expert in member motivations and pain points. Advocate for the member voice in commercial and product design discussions. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, requiring excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The role demands relentless focus on numbers, member needs, and detailed execution planning.
