Fresha is an AI-powered operating system for the global beauty and wellness industry. Recently achieving unicorn status with $1B valuation (May 2026, $80M KKR investment), the company operates at global scale across Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia Pacific, serving 130,000+ beauty and wellness businesses across 120 countries. You will build Fresha's corporate learning function from the ground up, designing the frameworks, curricula and systems that enable every employee to develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. This is a foundational role creating scalable learning infrastructure as the business continues rapid global expansion. Key responsibilities include: - Design and own the global learning strategy, governance and standards - Create role-specific learning pathways across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Customer Support, People and Finance functions - Own and continuously improve new joiner onboarding and induction - Partner with Product and Product Marketing to create learning programmes around new releases and platform changes - Capture internal expertise and tribal knowledge, converting it into structured, engaging learning content - Select, implement and manage Learning Management Systems and tools - Define KPIs around completion, knowledge retention, behavioural change and business outcomes - Connect learning to career growth by partnering with the People Team on skills frameworks and career pathways - Build and lead a high-performing team of learning and instructional design professionals You'll work closely with leaders across Product, Commercial, Engineering, Customer Support, People and the wider global organisation, with direct influence on how Fresha scales and develops its people. Requirements: - 5+ years leading Corporate Education or Enablement in fast-paced SaaS, technology or digital marketplace businesses - Proven track record designing and implementing learning frameworks, curricula and learning pathways across multiple functions and seniority levels - Strong experience partnering with Product teams to translate features, product changes and complex information into effective employee learning - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to create engaging programmes that drive knowledge retention and behavioural change - Confident evaluating, implementing and managing Learning Management Systems and modern learning tools - Data-driven mindset: comfortable defining learning KPIs, measuring programme effectiveness and using data to guide investment - Strong ability to partner with and influence senior leaders across multiple functions - Experience building or leading teams and developing others - Builder mentality: proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, excited to create from the ground up - High ownership: hands-on self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, solves problems creatively
