Superpower is building a personalized health system powered by comprehensive biomarker testing, personalized insights, and clinical care delivered as an employer benefit. This role owns the strategy and execution of Superpower's consultant and broker relationships—the key influencers in how employers evaluate and purchase health benefits.
You will build and scale Superpower's consultant relations function from the ground up. This is a senior, hands-on commercial role requiring you to be in market building relationships, educating consultants, and supporting active sales pursuits. You'll establish trusted relationships across national, regional, and emerging benefits consulting and brokerage firms, from national practice leaders to local market consultants.
Key responsibilities include: owning relationships with leading consulting and brokerage firms; building qualified pipeline through consultant introductions and strategic partnerships; carrying clear goals for consultant-influenced pipeline and revenue; establishing Superpower as a credible solution in preventive health and employee wellbeing; leading consultant education through briefings, events, and one-to-one engagement; partnering with enterprise and mid-market sellers on consultant-led opportunities; navigating consultant evaluation processes and preferred-vendor programs; building repeatable coverage plans; bringing market intelligence back to product, marketing, and clinical teams; and building the consultant relations playbook and eventually the team.
You'll work directly with company leadership and a team of ex-founders and YC alumni operating with speed and ambition. The role is based in San Francisco with flexibility to work remotely, though the company prefers meaningful time spent with the team in-office.
Superpower has achieved 10x growth in the past six months while halving customer acquisition cost. The company is backed by Forerunner Ventures and 8VC, with strong momentum in enterprise and channel partnerships.
