Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time and preventing fraud at scale. As Head of Channel, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of Socure's channel and partner ecosystem, driving joint revenue growth and market expansion through resellers, technology partners, system integrators, and other strategic alliances. You will own the full lifecycle of channel strategy: identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, building and managing a diverse partner ecosystem, and ensuring partners deliver high-value, tailored solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with executive leadership, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align priorities and maximize channel value, while advocating for partner needs at the C-suite level. Key responsibilities include setting and communicating a compelling channel vision aligned with business objectives; establishing standards for channel program quality, partner enablement, and revenue attainment; monitoring KPIs and using data to drive continuous improvement; and leading organizational change adoption. You will build, mentor, and develop a high-performing channel leadership team, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement. You'll also cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with senior partner and internal stakeholders, deeply understand partner and end-customer needs, and seek feedback to improve outcomes. Required: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred); minimum 10 years progressive experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development, with at least 5 years in senior leadership managing large, diverse teams and partner ecosystems. Proven track record scaling channel programs that drive significant revenue growth, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or identity verification. Deep expertise in channel strategy, partner ecosystem development, and cross-functional leadership. Strong analytical, operational, and strategic thinking skills; exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. Experience with CRM and partner management platforms; familiarity with AI-driven forecasting tools a plus.
