Teads, a leading omnichannel advertising platform (formed from the merger of Outbrain and Teads), is seeking a Head of Business Development for Connected TV (CTV) Supply. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the SVP of Global Commercial Strategy for CTV, focused on driving CTV supply growth across North America. You will own the complete business development lifecycle for CTV partnerships, from sourcing and pitching through negotiation, contracting, and production integration. Your primary focus will be securing and launching high-value partnerships with key CTV ecosystem players including OEMs, AVOD apps, broadcasters, and MVPDs. You'll drive adoption of new CTV monetization formats including Homescreen, Instream, and Advanced formats (in-content and pause ads). Key responsibilities include: securing strategic CTV supply partnerships across the US and Canada with emphasis on long-term value; managing complex, non-standard deals that require close collaboration with product and legal teams; representing Teads to the partner ecosystem and bringing market insights back into the organization; and helping shape the company's long-term CTV supply strategy for North America. You bring 5–8 years of digital media or adtech experience, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on CTV. You have a strong network of decision-makers across the CTV ecosystem and solid technical knowledge of CTV advertising technologies including SSAI, SDKs, VAST, and podding. You're experienced managing long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and excel at internal alignment, particularly with legal and product teams. Teads operates at significant scale (2.2B users/month, 18B ad opportunities/day) with a global team of ~1,700 people across 30+ countries. The company emphasizes meaningful scope, real ownership, global exposure, and investment in professional growth through mentorship, coaching, and development programs.
