- Owning and growing long-term partner relationships as the primary Pulley contact
- Building the partner sourcing, enablement, and management playbook from scratch
- Bringing market feedback from partners back into the business to refine positioning and go-to-market strategy
- Working alongside Founders and Marketing to showcase Pulley's brand in high-visibility channels
You are an entrepreneurial builder comfortable creating programs from scratch in ambiguous environments. You have a track record of finding influential nodes and converting relationships into revenue. You communicate effectively, speak the customer's language, and collaborate naturally across Sales and Marketing.
Required experience includes business development, channel partnerships, or strategic alliances in B2B, real estate, or construction-adjacent industries. Background at firms like CBRE or JLL selling technology or services through corporate real estate accounts is expected. You must have built a partner or channel program from the ground up and have Director-level experience comfortable with base-plus-variable compensation structures. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
Nice-to-have experience includes selling into architecture, luxury retail, or data center verticals, existing networks within CBRE, JLL, or similar firms, and experience partnering with marketing on co-branded content and pipeline generation.
