Zopa is seeking a Head of B2B Marketing to build and lead the first dedicated B2B marketing function for Zopa for Business. This is a foundational leadership role with significant scope: you will own the marketing strategy, operating direction, and capability-building for a portfolio spanning Retail Finance, Payments, Partnerships, and Auto Finance. The Role You will be responsible for transforming early momentum into repeatable commercial growth across complex, multi-stakeholder propositions with longer sales cycles. Key responsibilities include: • Define B2B marketing strategy, annual plans, and budgets, translating Commercial and Product priorities into focused marketing initiatives. • Use customer, market, and competitive insight to identify high-impact sectors, audiences, and opportunities. • Build an integrated demand engine spanning awareness, consideration, and lead nurturing through to Sales handover, with clear accountability for qualified pipeline and revenue contribution. • Own partner, channel, and strategic partnership marketing, developing positioning, proof points, and go-to-market activity to drive demand at scale. • Create coherent buyer and partner experiences through close collaboration with Product Marketing on propositions, positioning, launches, and Sales enablement. • Build and lead a growing B2B marketing team in an early-stage environment, establishing priorities, capability, operating rhythm, and accountability for scaling. • Develop an AI-centric operating model across research, insight, campaigns, content, production, and reporting. Scale AI use cases that measurably improve quality, speed, commercial performance, or productivity. • Establish trusted measurement connecting marketing activity to qualified demand, pipeline, partner growth, conversion, and revenue. The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in the London office, with flexibility to work abroad up to 120 days annually (subject to work authorization). Requirements • Significant B2B marketing experience across complex or considered propositions involving multiple decision-makers and longer sales cycles. • Proven experience building or scaling a demand engine across direct and partner-led channels, connecting awareness and consideration to Sales opportunities and commercial outcomes. • Experience working closely with Product Marketing, balancing strategic proposition and go-to-market thinking with hands-on campaign management and Sales-related motions. • Demonstrated ability to build and lead marketing teams in early-stage or scaling environments. • Strong analytical capability: ability to establish clear measurement frameworks connecting marketing activity to pipeline, partner growth, and revenue. • Proficiency with AI tools embedded into day-to-day marketing, delivering measurable improvements in speed, quality, insight, and productivity. • Track record of delivering against leadership scorecards spanning search and discovery visibility, website traffic, enquiries, demo requests, meetings held, Sales-accepted pipeline opportunities, and marketing-sourced revenue.
