True Anomaly is seeking Hardware and Environments Test Engineers to support the design, planning, and execution of test campaigns for aerospace defense systems. You will work closely with engineers, program managers, and technical teams to ensure systems meet performance, environmental, and mission-critical requirements. Key responsibilities include: - Taking ownership of test strategies, including requirements verification, procedure development, and execution with minimal oversight - Authoring and reviewing test documentation including plans, procedures, readiness reports, and compliance matrices - Setting up test equipment and hardware, collecting and compiling test data, and generating test reports in accordance with procedures - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans - Analyzing test results to ensure systems meet all specifications - Contributing to cutting-edge aerospace technologies in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment True Anomaly delivers decisive capabilities for space superiority, building autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, mission software, and space-based interceptors to enable the U.S. and its Allies to secure the space environment and counter threats.
