Tines is a workflow automation platform founded in 2018 with co-headquarters in Dublin and Boston. The company powers critical workflows for customers including Canva, Databricks, Elastic, Kayak, Intercom, and McKesson, using AI, automation, and integration to drive business results. You will be the systems owner for Tines' quote-to-cash platform, accountable for DealHub and Salesforce configuration and day-to-day administration. This is a hands-on technical role with significant business impact. Key responsibilities: - Own the complete DealHub build-out and administration: product catalog and SKU architecture, pricing and discounting rules, playbooks and quote flows, approval workflows, document and template management, and Salesforce integration - Contribute to the platform roadmap by translating business direction into sequenced buildout plans as products and commercial models evolve - Support implementation partners by scoping work, translating specifications, executing builds, and maintaining quality and timelines - Set standards and governance for how changes are made: intake, prioritization, sandbox and release practices, testing expectations, documentation standards, and data-quality rules - Maintain Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and reporting - Partner with the business (Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal) on requirements discovery, pushing back on requests that won't scale and turning ambiguous problems into buildable specs - Create documentation and delivery standards for GTM Systems, mentoring junior analysts as the team grows Requirements: - 3+ years in GTM systems, business systems analysis, revenue systems, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment, with ownership of a revenue-critical platform - Hands-on DealHub administration experience: you must have configured (not just used) DealHub including product catalog, pricing and discount rules, playbooks, approval workflows, templates, and CRM integration - Strong Salesforce administration fluency: objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports and dashboards - Extensive knowledge of quote-to-cash processes: quoting, approvals, order forms, amendments, renewals, and downstream handoffs into billing and compensation - Demonstrated solution design capability: ability to take ambiguous business problems, choose an approach, and defend trade-offs - Experience scoping and managing external implementation partners or contractors - Confidence advising and influencing senior stakeholders, including the ability to say no to requests that won't scale and settle disagreements across Sales, Finance, and Legal - Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, with a service mindset toward sales representatives Bonus qualifications: - Exposure to a second enterprise CPQ platform alongside DealHub - Experience configuring CPQ through pricing or packaging changes - Experience working with external implementation partners or systems integrators - Exposure to CaptivateIQ, NetSuite, or comparable ICM and ERP integrations - Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification - Experience with agile or sprint-based delivery models
