The company operates as the world's leading network of top admissions coaches in medical, legal, business, and college studies, combining software and services to democratize access to high-quality coaching and disrupt traditional application processes.
You will join the revenue operations team as GTM Systems Manager, partnering closely with revenue operations leadership and collaborating across marketing, sales, and student success teams to drive efficiency and scale. This is a hands-on role requiring 5 days per week in the NYC office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance operational excellence and define scalable processes
- Working with cross-functional stakeholders to understand operational needs and improve workflows
- Ensuring data accuracy and managing HubSpot CRM administration
- Leading attribution infrastructure including UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and ad platform integration
- Integrating third-party tools (webinar platforms, Outgrow, etc.) with GTM, GA4, and HubSpot
- Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and process documentation
- Driving process improvement, adoption, and effectiveness across the sales funnel
- Educating teams on process changes and system updates
- Preparing ad hoc analyses and supporting special projects
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and brings a strong bias toward action and continuous improvement. You will translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Business, Sales, Success Operations, or similar role
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams on strategic initiatives
- Startup environment experience with demonstrated ability to work in scaling teams (ideally sub-50 employees)
- Strong knowledge of sales and customer success disciplines
- Solid functional understanding of HubSpot CRM with robust experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Excellent analytical thinking skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, manageable components
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities
- Project or program management experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to escalate issues appropriately
- Commitment to driving actionable outcomes and results
- Ability to balance focus on measurable outcomes with empathy for people, customers, and business
- High energy, humility, and capacity to work effectively with diverse personalities
- Willingness to "roll up sleeves" in a hands-on position
