Rogo is an AI-powered enterprise platform transforming financial workflows for investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms. As GTM Systems Engineer, you will own the complete systems layer behind Rogo's revenue engine—far beyond traditional Salesforce administration.
You will own Salesforce end-to-end (data model, schema, Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, DevOps) alongside a sophisticated GTM tech stack including Gong, Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Nooks, Default, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and DocuSign. You'll architect integrations, manage user access lifecycles, and evaluate/consolidate tooling based on business impact.
A major focus is quote-to-cash and CPQ: owning quoting controls, ramp and multi-year structures, approval paths, contract/entitlement layers, order extraction, seat/license rollups, and renewal/expansion/churn mechanics. You'll design the customer lifecycle so pipeline, deployment, health, and renewal all read from a single source of truth.
Critically, you will build AI as a first-class tool, not an afterthought. You'll design and ship account health/scoring models, MEDDPICC scorers, account research agents, enrichment and routing agents, and MCP servers that let LLMs safely read/write GTM data. You'll use Claude Code and similar tools to build, test, and deploy real Apex and Lightning Web Components with engineering discipline. You'll stand up evals, monitoring, confidence scoring, and guardrails so every AI capability is observable, reversible, and measured against business outcomes.
You'll also own data quality as a production control: deduplication, segmentation, domain normalization, and explicit override fields with visible thresholds. Design for reporting at capture—owners, reason codes, confidence tiers, evidence fields belong in the schema. Run population-scale backfills properly with audit and load files, segmented into ready/review/skip states.
You report to RevOps leadership and work directly with Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Finance, and Engineering. This is a builder-operator role with wide latitude to identify high-leverage problems, ship solutions, and own how they run in production.
