Figma is seeking a GTM Systems Architect to optimize, scale, and govern Salesforce across cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Legal, Product, and Finance. This role combines business analysis, systems expertise, data stewardship, and partnership to drive operational excellence. You will operate independently as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, managing complex Salesforce initiatives end-to-end. Key responsibilities include serving as the subject matter expert for Salesforce operational inquiries, triaging complex process questions to identify root causes and recommend scalable solutions, and partnering with stakeholders to refine workflows based on business needs. A primary focus is maintaining the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem (Experience Cloud), sitting at the intersection of GTM Systems and Partnerships. You will build and maintain scalable processes for partner onboarding, engagement tracking, and revenue attribution. You'll drive and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce enhancements and releases, validating that implemented solutions meet functional requirements and business objectives prior to deployment. Additionally, you will drive Salesforce adoption, optimize user experience, and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations. Required qualifications include 7+ years as a Salesforce Systems Administrator with Partner Ecosystem Management experience supporting Sales or Revenue organizations. You need deep platform understanding including custom apps, objects, formula fields, flows, and custom views. Strong data management abilities with SQL/SOQL knowledge, understanding of the Salesforce data model, and advanced reporting/dashboard development are essential. You must demonstrate the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives and communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Preferred experience includes familiarity with SaaS Go-To-Market business models, SCRUM/agile environments, Salesforce certifications, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud knowledge. The role offers flexibility to work from San Francisco, New York, or remotely within the United States.
