Salary: USD 182,000 - 230,000 / annual
Lab37 Robotics is a technology company developing and deploying robots for direct-to-customer food production. This GTM Strategy Senior Director role owns the complete go-to-market function as the company scales Bowl Builder into large-scale deployment across restaurant and foodservice operators.
Key responsibilities include: building and evolving use cases, value propositions, pricing, and commercial terms; running a disciplined end-to-end sales motion from pipeline generation through close; developing repeatable onboarding and go-live playbooks to accelerate customer time-to-value; managing ongoing customer relationships to drive renewal and expansion; and establishing the GTM function from the ground up with processes, tools, and team structure.
You'll need 7+ years in consulting, business operations, strategy, or private equity with direct GTM strategy experience. The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller and communicator, credible with restaurant C-suite executives. Deep restaurant industry knowledge is essential—you should understand key operational and financial challenges, labor economics, and market trends. You're analytically strong with P&L fluency, capable of building labor models and leading sophisticated financial discussions. You excel at managing parallel workstreams, directing cross-functional technical teams, and identifying operational efficiencies. Strong negotiation skills and business acumen are critical; you understand both Lab37's and customers' business models and know when to compromise, hold firm, or walk away.
The role is based in Pittsburgh with full-time onsite presence (five days per week). Base salary ranges from $182,000–$230,000 annually, with equity awards and performance-based bonus eligibility.
