Finch is building infrastructure to make legal services radically more accessible, starting with personal injury law. The company has grown 10x in just over a year, raised a $20M Series A, and partnered with top personal injury firms nationwide. Backed by Sequoia, Redpoint, and founders from DoorDash, Ironclad, and Digits, Finch combines expert operators with purpose-built AI to handle every step of pre-litigation work. As GTM Strategy & Operations, you'll operate at the intersection of revenue, product, and strategy, partnering directly with the CEO, Sales, and Product leadership. You'll own high-impact strategic projects including new product launches, pricing strategy, and GTM experiments that open new markets. Your responsibilities include designing and optimizing Finch's growth engine by aligning people, process, and data to drive predictable revenue and scalable operations. You'll work closely with the sales leader and key customers to uncover revenue opportunities, shape product direction, and translate customer insights into action. You'll build the systems behind growth—dashboards, metrics, and feedback loops that make expansion measurable and repeatable. Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams will be essential to connecting strategy to execution. The role requires translating ambiguous challenges into crisp, actionable plans that deliver impact quickly. You'll help craft Finch's GTM narrative around positioning, pricing, and competitive positioning as the company scales from product-market fit to category leadership. Execution is critical—you won't just model ideas; you'll ship, measure, and scale what works. Ideal candidates have 3–9 years in GTM strategy, BizOps, consulting, finance, or revenue operations at fast-growing SaaS or tech companies. You're equally comfortable in the boardroom and spreadsheet, with a bias for action and ability to thrive in high-velocity, ambiguous environments. You're customer-obsessed, revenue-focused, and have a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field. Experience in management consulting, venture, startup strategy, or working closely with founders is a plus.
