OpenAI's GTM Strategy & Operations team is seeking an experienced operations professional to support Enterprise revenue growth and scaling. You will partner with Enterprise Sales leadership and cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Data, Enablement, Systems) to build the systems, insights, and operating rhythms that drive efficient, scalable growth. Key responsibilities include: **Strategic Support**: Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership on strategic planning, coverage models, and growth initiatives. Analyze business performance and customer trends to identify operational gaps and opportunities across the sales funnel. Develop growth strategies and strategic bets for new products, capabilities, and market opportunities. **Business Operations**: Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, business reviews, and performance reporting. Build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and operating cadences that improve visibility and execution. Maintain and enhance core GTM metrics and dashboards. Share knowledge and best practices across the GTM Strategy & Operations team. **Cross-Functional Initiatives**: Coordinate high-impact projects across Sales, Finance, Enablement, Data, Product, and Systems. Manage stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. Drive process improvements that increase sales productivity and operational efficiency. **Insights & Recommendations**: Translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations. Develop executive-ready presentations and decision-making materials. Communicate risks, opportunities, and progress to key stakeholders. Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting for GTM leadership. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations. You are highly analytical, comfortable with large datasets, and experienced in forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM operating rhythms. You excel at structuring ambiguous problems, driving execution in fast-paced environments, and building cross-functional relationships. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are essential.
