You will join as one of the first GTM Strategy & Operations hires, partnering closely with the VP of Sales and GTM leadership to drive high-impact growth initiatives across the organization. This is a strategic, generalist role with outsized ownership and visibility into company-wide initiatives. Key responsibilities include: - Leading strategic initiatives across GTM from problem definition through execution - Partnering with GTM leadership to identify growth opportunities and drive key business decisions - Analyzing and recommending improvements to pricing, packaging, monetization, and go-to-market motions - Identifying, sizing, and validating new markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities - Driving special projects across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to unlock growth and improve operational efficiency - Designing and implementing AI-native workflows to help GTM teams operate more effectively and scale faster - Building business cases, financial models, and analyses to support investment and prioritization decisions - Developing dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for visibility into pipeline, conversion, retention, and GTM performance - Improving GTM processes, systems, and operating rhythms as the company scales Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Consulting, Investment Banking, or similar generalist role (4+ years preferred) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure ambiguous business problems and drive to resolution - Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, or Finance teams - Strong interest in go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and business scaling - Proficiency with spreadsheets, analytics tools, and data-driven decision making - Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across functions - Bias toward action and comfort operating in fast-moving, high-ownership environment Nice to have: B2B SaaS or recruiting tech experience, familiarity with AI tooling, experience as early BizOps or first operations hire at a startup.
