Salary: USD 105,400 - 158,000 / annual

You'll join the GTM Strategy & Operations team within Revenue Operations as an individual contributor, serving as a strategic business partner to GTM leadership. This role acts as a force multiplier, helping shape go-to-market strategy and drive organizational growth.
Key responsibilities include partnering with GTM leaders to refine processes and optimize execution across the organization; supporting business leaders in defining and driving strategic initiatives in ambiguous or undefined areas; establishing operational and strategic foundations for the Global Commercial Sales organization; implementing operational processes and cadences that enable structured, scalable growth; and contributing to high-priority GTM initiatives addressing complex, high-impact problems.
You'll need 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Finance, or Legal. Ideal candidates combine operational GTM experience in high-tech growth environments with analytical backgrounds in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy/management consulting. You should demonstrate strong business partnership skills—building trusted relationships, navigating different working styles, and influencing without direct authority. Excellent cross-functional collaboration is essential; you thrive working across teams and bringing people together around shared goals.
