Vanta is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst to support the Account Management organization's day-to-day operations and strategic execution. You'll partner with Account Managers and AM leadership to improve forecasting, pipeline generation, renewals, expansion, and overall operational rigor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as an operational partner to Account Managers and AM leadership, resolving operational questions related to account ownership, renewals, expansion, and GTM data
- Own and support the AM operating rhythm, including forecast preparation, business reviews, scorecards, and performance reporting
- Analyze renewal, expansion, pipeline, and retention performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Run audits across pipeline, opportunities, account books, forecasting, and CRM hygiene to improve data quality
- Support book management and account movement, ensuring accurate account ownership and territory changes
- Partner with AM leadership to improve pipeline generation and expansion motions
- Develop and maintain source-of-truth reporting and operating metrics in Salesforce and other GTM systems
- Collaborate with Systems, Analytics, Finance, Deal Desk, and other Revenue Operations teams on process and tooling improvements
- Manage competing priorities across recurring operational responsibilities and strategic projects
- Support cross-functional initiatives from requirements gathering through rollout and adoption
Success requires strong understanding of B2B SaaS post-sales and Account Management motions, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, ability to move between day-to-day execution and process improvement, strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, advanced Salesforce reporting experience, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be open to using AI to amplify skills.
