As GTM Strategist, you will own strategic outbound prospecting into a curated list of high-value enterprise targets. Your core responsibilities include researching organizations and mapping stakeholders, building detailed account plans that reflect genuine understanding of each target's business model and priorities, and executing multi-threaded, highly personalized outreach across functions and seniority levels. You will identify creative entry points into accounts, move decision-makers from cold outreach to genuine interest, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives with full context and clear next steps. You'll also surface market intelligence back to GTM leadership, reporting on field feedback, interest clustering, and emerging opportunities.
You bring 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, GTM, venture capital, or investment banking role with demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. You have a track record of exceeding activity and pipeline targets, strong research and conviction-building skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication that earns responses. You're relentless, action-oriented, highly accountable, and manage complex workloads with attention to detail. A bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with strong academic performance in a rigorous field is required.
Nice-to-have skills include experience building target lists and executing outbound campaigns independently, familiarity with tools like Apollo, Clay, or Outreach, and knowledge of enterprise software, developer tooling, or the AI landscape.
