Basis builds production-grade AI agents that perform end-to-end work for major accounting firms. The company recently raised $100M at >$1B valuation and is tripling headcount over the next 12 months. You'll join as a GTM Recruiter, partnering with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Revenue Operations, and other customer-facing teams.
Your responsibilities include:
- Running full-cycle recruiting searches from kickoff through offer close
- Conducting intake meetings, sourcing, candidate management, and offer coordination
- Building strong pipelines through research, outbound outreach, referrals, and creative sourcing
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to define talent needs and keep hiring moving
- Maintaining excellent candidate experience and communication throughout the process
- Advising hiring managers on talent assessment and calibration
- Improving hiring processes as the company scales
- Working in-person in the NYC office, collaborating directly with the GTM organization

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups, recruiting agencies, or fast-paced environments
- Experience recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Revenue Operations, Partnerships)
- Strong sourcing instincts and ability to reach passive candidates
- Excellent judgment and communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders
- Enthusiasm for people, AI, and building exceptional companies
- Preference for in-person work and comfort with pace and ambiguity
- Company-builder mindset focused on long-term team development
