Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, is seeking a GTM Program Manager and Program Office Leader to join the GTM Programs and Sales Enablement team, reporting to the VP GTM Programs and Sales Enablement.
In this role, you will serve as the organizational hub for GTM program management and enablement coordination. You will own both individual program delivery and portfolio governance across Celonis' GTM programs, translating strategy into executable initiatives while maintaining discipline around measurement and prioritization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and execute strategic GTM programs end-to-end, translating strategy into executable programs with clear objectives, deliverables and success metrics
- Partner with senior stakeholders including GTM leadership, regional sales leaders, marketing, product and executives to align priorities and manage dependencies
- Establish and maintain a portfolio-level view of all active and planned GTM programs, tracking status, impact and interdependencies
- Define and maintain consistent measurement and KPI frameworks across the program portfolio to enable prioritization and impact assessment
- Develop communication standards, cadence and templates to ensure coordinated messaging across GTM programs
- Drive the quarterly enablement agenda in partnership with VP GTM Programs and broader enablement leadership
- Serve as primary liaison with Sales Enablement, Customer Success Enablement, Product Enablement and other functions to ensure integration
- Identify and implement AI and emerging technologies that enhance GTM effectiveness and customer engagement
- Create and maintain program governance processes including prioritization frameworks, resource allocation and escalation protocols
- Produce regular portfolio-level reporting on program progress, impact and optimization recommendations
- Gather feedback from field teams and stakeholders to continuously improve program delivery and enablement effectiveness
- Contribute to GTM strategy evolution and recommend new programs or initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Experience managing complex programs in SaaS and/or AI-oriented tech companies (sales operations, marketing operations, program management office or related)
- Demonstrated ability to drive programs end-to-end from strategy through execution and measurement, with portfolio-level program management experience
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to understand business context and define clear program objectives
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders across functions
- Strong program and portfolio management expertise including planning, tracking, governance, resource allocation and risk management
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS go-to-market best practices, sales processes and enablement best practices
- Experience with and enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies
- Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple functions and maintaining consistency
- Strong analytical skills with ability to define metrics, create dashboards and portfolio-level reporting
