The Channel Partnerships team in Malaysia is expanding Airwallex's partner ecosystem across three core industries: Accounting, Start-ups, and E-commerce. As GTM Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing strategic partner relationships that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product integrations. Key responsibilities include: - Identify, prospect, and acquire partnerships with Airwallex ambassadors and strategic partners in e-commerce, corporate secretary, and start-up segments - Manage the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting, meetings, contracting, integration, onboarding, and ongoing activation - Achieve revenue targets through partnership referrals - Coordinate cross-functionally with legal, strategy, operations, and finance teams to deliver seamless partner experiences - Build and maintain long-term partner relationships through ongoing engagement - Contribute strategic ideas to senior leadership on strengthening the partner network You bring 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, marketing, or business development. Negotiation and partnership proposal development experience is preferred. Background in strategy, ops, or fast-growing tech/start-ups is advantageous. Ideally, you have existing relationships or a strong network within e-commerce, corporate secretary, or start-up ecosystems in Malaysia or the region. You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English (Chinese is a nice-to-have), strong analytical skills with Excel and Salesforce, and hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
