The GTM Partnerships team focuses on building and scaling partnerships that accelerate customer acquisition and ecosystem reach. In this Singapore-based role, you will own a high-volume portfolio of corporate secretarial and professional services partners serving the SME & Growth segment.
Key responsibilities include: managing and growing a large partner portfolio through scalable engagement programs (newsletters, webinars, events, structured check-ins); proactively sourcing and cold-calling new and existing partners to drive referral pipeline and uncover collaboration opportunities; designing and executing re-engagement programs for dormant accounts with clear outreach cadences; monitoring referral activity and engagement trends to identify high-potential partners; building cases for partners to transition into priority tiers; collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, legal, operations, and product teams; maintaining CRM segmentation and data hygiene; and contributing market insights and operational improvements to senior stakeholders.
You bring 2–4 years of experience in channel partnerships, customer success, partner marketing, or account management. You excel at managing high-volume partner portfolios with repeatable engagement programs rather than one-to-one relationship management. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to create partner-facing content and lead webinars. You are structured and process-oriented, with meticulous attention to segmentation, cadence, and CRM hygiene. You demonstrate strong analytical judgment to identify patterns and prioritize opportunities. You work proactively, accountably, and collaboratively across teams and organizational levels. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience running one-to-many engagement programs (newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, webinars, community initiatives); familiarity with the corporate secretarial, professional services, or B2B services ecosystem in Singapore; experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology or fintech environments; and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
