As GTM Operations Manager leading the CRM & Systems team, you will own the technology backbone of the revenue organization and manage the team that builds and maintains it. Reporting to GTM Operations leadership, you will set the roadmap for Salesforce and the broader GTM systems stack, manage and develop a team of administrators, engineers, and analysts, and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to translate complex business needs into scalable systems strategy. You will balance hands-on technical judgment with people leadership—coaching your team, prioritizing impactful work, and protecting data integrity and system reliability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop the CRM & Systems team: manage, mentor, and grow a team of Salesforce and HubSpot administrators, automation engineers, and operations analysts; set clear goals and priorities; run an effective intake and delivery process; coach for technical and professional growth; build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Own the GTM systems roadmap and strategy: define and drive the roadmap across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack (CPQ, HubSpot, Clay, Gong, 6sense); partner with GTM leadership to align systems investments with business priorities; balance strategic initiatives against day-to-day operational needs; ensure the platform scales as the company grows.
- Ensure system reliability, governance, and data integrity: establish and enforce standards for security, access, release management, and data quality across CRM and connected systems; protect the single source of truth that Sales, CS, Finance, and leadership rely on; put guardrails in place so the organization can move fast without breaking things.
- Partner across the business to translate needs into solutions: serve as the bridge between GTM stakeholders and the systems team; gather requirements, scope solutions, manage expectations, and communicate trade-offs; drive cross-functional projects from concept through rollout; keep stakeholders aligned and supported.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement: identify automation and AI opportunities to eliminate manual work and increase team leverage; establish metrics and reporting on team throughput and system health; lead vendor and tool evaluations; continuously raise the bar on how the GTM organization operates.
CreatorIQ operates in a flexible work model combining in-person and remote work. The company has been named a Fastest-Growing Company in North America on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 for four years, a leader in IDC MarketScape for Influencer Marketing Platforms, and consistently recognized by G2 as a Leader.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners; translate complex operational details into simple, actionable language.
- 5+ years in GTM or Revenue Operations, including 2+ years managing people or teams; experience leading operations or systems teams in a SaaS environment with a track record of developing talent and delivering results; experience managing Salesforce administrators or technical operations staff strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and the GTM tech stack: hands-on experience administering and architecting Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ; knowledge of how the surrounding stack connects to power the full revenue motion (HubSpot, Clay, Gong, 6sense, Tableau, Snowflake); ability to guide technical decisions and pressure-test solutions; one or more active Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder) are mandatory.
- Strong operational and project leadership: manage a portfolio of projects and competing priorities; run a disciplined intake and delivery process; keep multiple stakeholders aligned; balance speed with governance and make pragmatic trade-offs under real deadlines.
- Strategic thinker who stays close to the details: set a roadmap and articulate the "why" for leadership while remaining credible and hands-on enough to unblock your team, pressure-test solutions, and protect quality; thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment where priorities shift.
- Trusted leader and cross-functional collaborator: build trust across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Legal; communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences; lead through influence as much as authority; care deeply about developing people and creating an environment where your team does its best work.
