You will join the revenue operations team as a GTM Operations Manager, partnering closely with revenue operations leadership and collaborating across marketing, sales, and student success teams. This is a hands-on role focused on scaling systems and processes as the company grows globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance operational excellence and rigor
- Define, develop, and implement scalable sales, marketing, and student success support systems and processes
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand operational needs and improve existing workflows
- Educate teams about process changes and system updates, managing change effectively
- Identify simple and scalable process solutions for day-to-day challenges
- Ensure data accuracy in HubSpot CRM
- Lead attribution infrastructure including UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and ad platform management
- Integrate platforms (GTM, GA4, HubSpot) and third-party tools (webinar tools, Outgrow, etc.)
- Write and maintain documentation for operational processes
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and participate in special projects
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making at scale
- Drive process improvement, adoption, and effectiveness across the sales process
This role requires 5 days per week in-person at the NYC office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in Business, Sales, Success Operations, or similar role
- Proven experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience in a startup environment with demonstrated ability to work within a scaling team (ideally fewer than 50 employees)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales and customer success disciplines
- Solid functional understanding of HubSpot CRM with robust experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Excellent analytical thinking skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, manageable components
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities; project or program management experience a plus
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to escalate issues and roadblocks
- Commitment to drive actionable outcomes and results
- Ability to balance focus on measurable outcomes with empathy for people, customers, and business
- Flexible team player with proactive approach, high energy, humility, and capacity to work with diverse personalities
