Inspira Education Group is a fast-growing edtech startup democratizing access to high-quality coaching for students pursuing medical, legal, business, and college admissions. The company combines software and services to disrupt traditional application processes, backed by leading VCs including Zeev Ventures, Quiet Capital, and Craft Ventures. You'll join the revenue operations team as GTM Operations Lead, partnering with existing revenue operations leadership to scale systems and processes. This is a hands-on role requiring 5 days per week in the NYC office. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with sales, marketing, and student success teams to enhance operational excellence - Defining, developing, and implementing scalable sales, marketing, and customer success processes - Managing HubSpot CRM configuration, data accuracy, and user enablement - Leading attribution infrastructure including UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and ad platform integration - Integrating third-party tools (webinar platforms, Outgrow, etc.) with GTM, GA4, and HubSpot - Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making - Writing and maintaining operational documentation - Driving process improvement and adoption across the sales organization - Conducting ad hoc analyses and supporting special projects You'll translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions, improve workflows, and ensure systems evolve with the business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments with a strong bias toward action and continuous improvement. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in Business, Sales, Success Operations, or similar role - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred - Proven experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams on strategic initiatives - Startup environment experience, ideally with teams under 50 employees - Strong knowledge of sales and customer success disciplines - Solid functional understanding of HubSpot CRM with robust experience creating reports and dashboards - Excellent analytical thinking skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, manageable components - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities - Project or program management experience is a plus - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to balance focus on measurable outcomes with empathy for people and business - High energy, humility, and capacity to work effectively with diverse personalities - Willingness to roll up sleeves and work hands-on
