Monaco is an AI-native revenue platform consolidating fragmented GTM stacks (CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management) into a single unified system. Launched publicly in February 2026, the company has 65 people, strong early product-market fit generating millions in ARR, and has raised $85M in Series B funding from Founders Fund, Benchmark, and Human Capital. Founders previously led Brex, Apollo, and Clari.
You will own sales operations end-to-end and serve as the analytical partner to sales and post-sales teams. This is a senior RevOps role where you run the operational machinery keeping a fast-growing GTM organization functioning smoothly and use data to inform leadership on business performance and strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning all sales operations: territories, quotas, compensation plans, pipeline hygiene, forecasting cadence, and GTM team reporting
- Driving pricing and packaging strategy through modeling, experimentation, revenue impact measurement, and strategic recommendations
- Building analytics dashboards and analyses for sales and post-sales teams covering pipeline conversion, rep productivity, win/loss analysis, expansion, churn, and customer health
- Partnering with sales and CX leaders on operational projects including process changes, tooling, handoffs, and planning
- Running board and leadership-level revenue reporting and planning, including annual and quarterly GTM plans
- Proactively identifying problems in data and bringing recommendations to leadership
The role offers high autonomy in a fast-paced environment where you'll scale core systems and build new features from 0 to 1.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years at a top-tier investment bank OR 2+ years in management consulting followed by 2+ years in a GTM, RevOps, or BizOps role at an early-stage startup
- Exceptional data skills: fluent in SQL and spreadsheets, comfortable building models from scratch, able to explain complex analyses to sales leaders concisely
- Strong judgment on pricing and monetization, or the analytical capability to develop it quickly
- Ability to thrive with autonomy in a high-velocity environment where priorities shift weekly
Strong Pluses:
- Prior sales operations leadership experience with hands-on knowledge of comp plans, territories, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Experience at a company selling CRM, sequencing, or GTM tooling
- Hands-on pricing or packaging ownership at a SaaS company
- Experience with usage-based or hybrid pricing models
- Familiarity with modern GTM tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, Apollo) and strong opinions on AI-native alternatives
